Craniosacral Therapy
What is Craniosacral Therapy?
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a non-invasive and hands-on form of bodywork that uses light touch to affect the pressure and circulation of the cerebrospinal fluid.
CST aims to relieve pain, reduce stress, and enhance the body’s natural healing abilities. It's effective for chronic pain, migraines, and tension in the neck and back, promoting overall health and well-being through improved fluid flow and system function.
What to expect from a treatment?
Craniosacral therapy is not a massage.
It involves using various body holds with a pressure of under 5 grams. It works with the natural and unique rhythms of the different body systems to pinpoint and address problem sources, improving the functioning of the central nervous system and releasing any restrictions.
Pain Relief: Helps alleviate chronic pain, including migraines, neck pain, and back pain.
Stress Reduction: Promotes deep relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety levels.
Improved Sleep: Many clients report better sleep quality following sessions.
Enhanced Mood: Can help alleviate symptoms of depression and improve overall emotional well-being.
Support for Trauma Recovery: Assists in processing and releasing emotional and physical trauma.
Improved Mobility: Can enhance flexibility and range of motion by releasing tension in the body.
Boosted Immune Function: Supports overall health by improving the functioning of the nervous and immune systems.
Headache Relief: Effective for reducing the frequency and intensity of tension headaches and migraines.

What makes my treatment different?
I believe what sets my treatment apart is my understanding of the importance of being a neutral vessel in this work. I recognise that various emotions may arise, and I create a safe space for my clients to process these feelings. By tuning into my intuition, I assess your craniosacral system and provide treatment based on what your body communicates to me.
