My name is Lauren & I am your massage therapist.

After experiencing burnout in the corporate world, I began to question whether there was more to life than my job. This feeling then intensified during a trip to Europe, where I found myself waking up in a panic, dreaming about missing meetings!

On one particularly anxious morning, I realised I needed to make a change. I’ve always had a passion for massage, often treating friends, but at that time, I wasn’t ready to take on the responsibility of owning a business. Yet, just two days later, I decided to enrol in a Diploma of Remedial Massage. And here we are today!

On a personal level, I’ve always been fascinated by the spiritual and mystical realms. I believe our bodies possess profound wisdom, storing not only physical tension but also emotional and spiritual experiences. Through my own journey and the process of treating others, I’ve come to realise that everything is interconnected; our physical ailments can often mirror deeper emotional or spiritual imbalances - and this understanding has deeply influenced my therapeutic approach.

Therefore, in my practice, I draw on my intuitive skills to guide my massage and craniosacral therapy, customising my approach to meet each client's specific needs. However, while I often find that deeper emotional and spiritual issues can influence physical discomfort, I’m also here to treat you in a purely clinical capacity as well, should that be your preference.
