Failure to provide 12 hours' notice or to reschedule will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the original fee.

If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying me, you will be charged the full price of the session, payable within 3 days of your booking.

If you do not pay the cancellation fee, you will not be able to rebook until payment is made.

As someone who is self-employed, missed appointments result in lost income for me and prevents other clients from booking in.
